This silver-plated singing bird box automaton is MMM's entry level
box and the lowest priced. We applaud MMM for setting a price
point that will attract new collectors. As we said elsewhere, each of
MMMs boxes enclose a Griesbaum-descended movement. Each
sings loudly and strongly and is finished very well. Regardless of
the price this has every bit as beautiful song as the most expensive.
The birds for each MMM box are unique and this one is of the same
high quality.

All of the cost savings are on the outside of the box, but this is still
very fine workmanship. This box plays the standard song #1 and
even has the slow close lid to protect the bird -- nice job MMM.
